Stuart has worked in the property industry for nearly 30 years and is experienced in all sectors of the market, including the valuation and disposal of residential & commercial property and land either with or without planning permission. Having worked for residential and commercial property companies, Stuart opened ‘Elliotts’ in 1994 with his business partner Toby Limbrick. In 2005 Stuart & Toby decided to start a property auction business ‘Elliott Network Auctions’, making them the only company in Watford to offer an auction service. Stuart is a Fellow of the National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers and a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
Toby Limbrick opened Elliotts with business partner Stuart Elliott in 1994. He previously managed estate agencies in Rickmansworth and Watford and has exceptional knowledge of the local market. He is an auctioneer and valuer and is passionate about promoting auctions as an alternative method of sale. Toby is a fellow of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers and runs training courses for new and experienced auctioneers at NAVA.
Daniel has over a decades worth of experience within the lettings industry.Having worked for many years in the London Lettings market before deciding to work closer to home. He developed many strong links with large local companies and strives to go that extra mile for all landlords. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing football and following his beloved Spurs.
Hannah joined in May 2015 having previously worked in the hospitality industry. From the start she really enjoyed her change of career and made an impact in a short period of time with her excellent customer service skills. A Watford local her knowledge of the area and confidence made her fit in immediately. She is a keen Chelsea supporter and in her spare time enjoys socialising with friends and going to live festivals and gigs.
Sandra joined in October 2016 having originally worked in banking for 22 years. More recently, working with a local children’s charity, Sandra is married with two grown up children and lives locally. In her new role she has been able to draw on her wealth of experience in accounts work and her excellent customer service skills. She likes socialising with friends and family and regularly holidays in France.
Denise joined the auction team in 2017 and has 19 years experience in the financial services industry, specialising in mortgage lending and working with solicitors. Denise has excellent administration and IT skills and runs the contracts desk on auction day. She lives in Watford, has a young family and is a keen Saracens fan.
Oliver joined the team in 2017 having previously been in the property industry for a few years and working in Watford. He has a great understanding of the current market and provides great customer service, coming from a corporate background. He is keen to build new relations with Landlords and get them on board with Elliott’s. He is motivated by success and brings a youthful vigour and enthusiasm to the team. Out of work Oliver enjoys seeing friends, travelling and regularly going to the gym. He also is a keen Tottenham supporter, causing even more rivalry in the office.
